You wouldn't walk into a gym, pick up the first weight you see and start lifting.
First, you figure out where you are, what you want to achieve and what kind of training your body needs.
Your English deserves the same approach.
Whether you need to learn English, become more confident using it, or simply keep it from getting rusty, I start by understanding you: your goals, your level, your lifestyle, your availability and the way you prefer to train.
Then I build your workout.
Not a standard course.
Not a package chosen from a price list.
A training plan that fits you.
And there is one principle behind everything we do:
You can study grammar. Memorise vocabulary. Complete exercises.
But if you don't actually use your English, it won't become a natural part of you — and if you stop using a language you already know, it can slowly become rusty.
That's why my workouts are built around practice, real-life situations and experiential memory.
You don't just learn something.
You experience it, use it, and give your brain a reason to remember it.
There are two types of English workouts to choose from and personalise.
Choose yours:
1. Online Speaking Gym
A flexible way to train your English online, through 1:1 or small-group sessions.
If you're learning, we'll build your English through practice rather than theory.
If you already speak English, we'll keep the muscle active through regular use.
Your workout can be tailored to:
⏱ Duration — short sessions or longer workouts
📅 Frequency — weekly, multiple times a week, or whatever fits
👥 Format — 1:1 or small group
🎯 Goals — speaking, confidence, work, travel, everyday life and more
📈 Level — from beginner to advanced
There is no fixed programme you have to fit into.
We build the programme around you.
2. Walking Speaking Club
Online & Offline
Same workout. Different setting.
Take your English out of the classroom and into the real world.
Walking Speaking Club combines movement, conversation and English practice — online or in person.
Because sometimes you think, speak and remember differently when you're moving through the world rather than sitting at a desk.
It's another way to train your English muscle: naturally, spontaneously and in context.
For people who want a motivation to keep them accountable with their fitness - English fitness and physical fitness. Two birds with one stone!
Yuor workout, your rules
Your training can be adapted to your time, your goals, your budget, your level and your preferred way of learning.
Maybe you have 15 minutes a day.
Maybe you want one longer session a week.
Maybe you learn better alone.
Maybe you thrive when other people are around.
There's a workout for that.
You tell me what your English needs.
I'll design the training.
